Ela Zakaim joins BBA//Fjeldco

English solicitor Ela Zakaim has joined BBA//Fjeldco at its London office. Ela is a finance lawyer and has advised on range of cross-border finance and securitisation transactions and is experienced in reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal documentation for financial institutions and corporate borrowers. Ela has previously worked at Andersen Legal, Mayer Brown LLP and Moody’s Investors Service. In recent years she has been working as consultant legal counsel in connection with a range of finance transactions for various international clients. The addition of Ela will further strengthen the international team of BBA//Fjeldco, confirming the firm as the first choice for selection of advisors in projects and transactions between Iceland and the UK as well as other cross-border transactions.
